Call for Exhibits

Introduction

The U.S. Department of Education (the Department) is issuing a call for exhibits for the Nita M. Lowey 21^st Century Community Learning Centers 2022 (21^st CCLC) Summer Symposium to provide participants with access to vendors and other parties that have information to share with 21^st CCLC grantees. All virtual exhibit booths will have a space for a description of your organization and services, a contact us box, and space for a video or looping slide show.

All exhibits must provide information that is useful to conference participants and supports the overall mission of the 21^st CCLC program. The conference audience consists of 21^st CCLC grantees and other out-of-school time service providers, State Education Agency staff, 21^st CCLC Technical Assistance Providers, and 21^st CCLC evaluators.

Submitted exhibit requests will be reviewed by the Department to ensure these criteria are met. If your submission is approved, you will be provided with a schedule of events and information about the virtual exhibits.

Exhibitor Agreement

You must agree to the following before submitting your request:

Selection as a vendor for a display at the 21^st CCLC 2022 Summer Symposium does not constitute an endorsement of my products or my organization by the U.S. Department of Education or any other federal, state or local government agency.
I understand that all approved exhibitors will receive a basic Virtual Booth package, which includes a web page with your information, a link to your website, and contact information. The page will have the ability to play a video or a looping slideshow with information about your products or services. If accepted, you may have the ability to purchase add-ons to the basic booth. If available, options and prices for add-ons will be provided in your confirmation.
I further understand that the sale of products is not permitted within the meeting space reserved for the purposes of the 21^st CCLC 2022 Summer Symposium.
Violation of these terms may result in the U.S. Department of Education or its agent Leed Management Consulting, Inc. revoking my approval and removing my virtual exhibit.
